T.G.I.F. Thank Goodness My Design Crushes are so FABULOUS!

What is more fun than a school girl crush? A DESIGN CRUSH!!! My two new favorite design crushes are designers whom I hold in the greatest of esteem. First, is designer Michael Smith (THE White House designer hired by Michelle Obama) and the other is Miles Redd. I not only get to fall in love with “the man” (see pictures of these two GQ’s below) but they are also unbelievably talented! Every time I see an image of one of their rooms get a little weak in the knees. Their images are absolutely beautiful. Both are quintessential and classic with a bit of fabulous modernism incorporated.

Lets begin with Michael Smith (batting eyelashes…)

Love the natural light and the lines from the ceiling to the floor curtains! A little holiday touch! I just love the fresh fuscia flowers on the table! Would you call that “grass” green? Well, hellooooo Mr. Redd! Do you see me there on the right? 🙂
