T.G.I.F. Thank Goodness CHAMPAGNE is SO Fabulous!

There are only a few things in life that are more fabulous than being able to say “I am throwing a champagne party!”

Wouldn’t you agree? All day this Saturday, march 2nd, during and after the 13th Annual Spring Tour of Homes to benefit the Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum of Myrtle Beach, Knotting Hill Interiors will be hosting a champagne party to celebrate our two amazing homes featured on the tour as well as our history with the event. I wrote a blog about how I helped to start the event 13 years ago with my home being the very first on the tour! This year, my home will be highlighted again, with newly designed rooms and of course, a few surprises! If you have not gotten your tickets for the tour yet, be sure to stop by Knotting Hill or you can visit the Art Museums website here. And of course, be sure to come by the store after the tour and lunch at The Dunes Golf and Beach Club to share in a little bubbly with us! Marilyn certainly knew how to enjoy her bubbles! Thinking about hosting a “champagne themed dinner party?” I have your main course and desserts right here! How about Roasted Grouper with Seafood Risotto and Champagne Citrus Beurre Blanc for your menu? These sparkling champagne cupcakes might actually work as an appetizer! Champagne Truffles? Anyone? At any time of the day of course! Ok, I just realized that I have three desserts but hey, if we are putting champagne as the main course than ANYTHING GOES!! What a cute idea for name place holders on your table! Thank GOODNESS for Eat Yourself Skinny and helping me to put some green on this blog!
