This condo has been owned by this couple for over 20 years. It’s a part of the family and is a little oasis overlooking the pool and near enough the ocean to be worthy of a renovation. We managed a total overhaul of this unit to include a new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring and tons of “lipstick” to make this condo a colorful blend of blues with accents of poppy. It’s bright and cheerful and the homeowners say they can’t wait for their visits as their place at the beach puts a big smile on their faces each and every time they walk in the door!
