GUEST BLOGGER: Gorgeous Gray Rooms

Hello, Readers! Please welcome a post from today’s fabulous guest blogger! And don’t forget to post your comments… We love to hear your thoughts! Here she is….. Hi, I’m Joanna, a guest blogger for Design Shuffle, the interior design industry’s place to see
and be seen on the web. Today, I’m sharing my favorite gray rooms that I’ve found on my many
searches around the web. I love my job because I get to guest blog for wonderful interior design
sites like “It’s So Fabulous!”. Thanks for letting me share! With gray trending in recent years as the new neutral, we are seeing more and more interior
designs
using this versatile hue. From soft French gray to a deep masculine gray, there is
certainly a range of shades to choose from. If you aren’t sure which gray is right for you, check
out the rooms below to see some differing ways to use it in your own home. A masculine tailored shade of gray is stately and refined in this modern living room with traditional accents. Photo from Decor Pad A soft dove gray is used in the tiny floral wallpaper, on a tufted chair and on the floor. Amazingly, it seems you can’t have too much gray. Photo from Decor Pad A light gray is paired with brilliant hues of purple in this transitional bedroom. The designer carried the gray from walls onto the bed with crisp gray linens. Photo from The Decorative Touch Ltd Two chesterfield sofas sit amidst a room of gray from ceiling to floor. A sunburst on the mantel adds the only bit of color to the room. Does room inspire any decorating ideas for you? Photo from Interior Design Daily The lightest of grays is used sparingly in this farmhouse bathroom. A gray and white marble is used on countertops, bringing the two hues together. Photo from Decor Pad A blue gray is used on cabinets in this farmhouse kitchen giving it a bit of federal style appeal. Photo from Decor Allure If you’re still craving more kitchen design ideas, here’s one that features a deep, almost black grade shade on back cabinets and a lighter shade on the island. The subway tile on the back
wall looks to have the tiniest hint of gray to it as well. Photo from Decor Pad For more blog posts like this one, click this link: Design Shuffle.
