Color Crush – Salivating over Salmon

Being a creative person, when I begin any design project, sometimes the very last place I want to look for inspiration is at other designs! I want to open my imagination to dream up something new and fabulous by looking at art or in nature. Mother Nature’s color palates are some of the most beautiful around! My latest color crush is salmon, which is just a hint lighter and softer than coral, although I did find this wonderful salmon color chart and the hues do go pretty deep! Lately, if I find that I cannot make time to get outside to watch a sunset or go for a walk through the low country, Pinterest has been an amazing tool to fuel my creativity and see how I can put colors and patterns together in new and innovative ways for clients and their homes.
